Dr. Marcia Lindsey, The Sleep Diva, has a doctorate in Psychology and over 20 years of experience helping people sleep better.

Dr. Lindsey uses CBT-I or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, to help patients address their current sleep behaviors and beliefs. Dr. Lindsey has been a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine since 2008.
